Local Alchemist AI – How it Works?

The Customer Journey

Local Alchemist AI runs on a five-step sequence that takes a customer from “curious visitor” to “business with a finished marketing package in hand.” It starts with the customer finding their own business — either by typing in the business name or pasting a Google Business Profile link. From there, they create an account, buy credits, and choose one of six services. Each step is guided, so nothing requires prior marketing or technical knowledge to complete.

Step 1 & 2: Finding the Business and Buying Credits

When a customer enters their business details, the platform pulls together whatever public information is available — listing data, location, and a scan of the business website if one exists — and builds a short, personalized snapshot. This snapshot becomes the foundation every service works from later, so the output isn’t generic. Credits work like a simple prepaid balance: customers can buy a one-time top-up or subscribe monthly, and each of the six services costs a set number of credits to run.

Step 3: Choosing a Service

Once credits are in the account, the customer selects one of six services — Google Business Profile Optimization, a Review Booster, Social Media Posts, a Local SEO Consultation, a 30-Day Marketing Plan, or SEO-Optimized Blog Content. Each service asks only the small number of extra questions specific to that particular workflow. There’s no long generic intake form and no requirement to understand marketing terminology to answer them.

Step 4: What Happens Behind the Scenes

This is where the actual production work happens, and it runs entirely in the background. The customer doesn’t need to keep a browser tab open or wait around. The AI works from the business snapshot, follows a process built specifically for the chosen service, and produces the deliverable — written content, a strategy document, or visual assets, depending on what that particular service requires.

Step 5: Getting the Finished Result

Once production is complete, the result shows up in two places. First, inside the customer’s dashboard as a clean, readable web report. Second, as a downloadable ZIP file containing anything meant to be used outside the dashboard, like images or documents. An automatic email lets the customer know their order is ready, so there’s no need to keep checking back manually.

Why This Matters Before You Decide

Plenty of software pages describe their automation in vague, impressive-sounding language without actually explaining the mechanics behind it. This page exists to answer a more useful question: does the system genuinely move from order to finished, delivered package without a person stepping in somewhere in the middle? Understanding the real sequence — order placed, background processing, package delivered — is the clearest way to judge that for yourself.
